Can someone recommend a freelance modellers that assemble paint military figures (1/35, 120mm) ?

I am interested in some Verlinden and other company kits, but i am very bad at painting

figures. So, i thought it's better for an expert to paint them

The only way to learn is to practice. Get some cheaper, plastic figures and practice painting them.
