Yeah, I think you posted this query months before, and I replied I have a family friend of mine who sells the stuff, but it was a no-go because IIRC you live outside Metro Manila (even outside Luzon IIRC)

Best place to check is the PLDT Yellow Pages Directory. Go to the section "Plastics" or "Chemicals." Your best bet is to get the resin and RTV from the factory itself, thus the reason for checking the PLDT directory - to see what's the nearest chemical factory near you which you can take a visit and perhaps purchase a litre of resin and half-a-kilo of RTV. Keywords will be "Polyester Resin" and "RTV".
