You guys really hit a grand-slam home run with your first AMPS show!

I believe that you had 111 armor models entered for judging and 24 more entered for display only. That's a fantastic showing for a single-day event in anybody's book.

Mike Petty, the AMPS National Chief Judge, also certified five new judges, who all definitely earned their "judging spurs!"

You also had around 56 vendor tables in operation, and none of that counts the IPMS side of things! Anybody who lives within driving distance and didn't make it missed a good one.

Congrats on your success, and I know I'll be looking forward to your next year's show!

I like all the USMC material, and the contemporary hardware, such as "Special Delivery." The fire-fighting aircraft dioramas are striking.

The USMC display was put together to commemorate its' birthday. There were a lot of very nice models there, overall.
