Need some opinions on good real time strategy games for either the XBox 360 or PC with Windows 7. I really enjoyed Empire Earth and Command&Conquer. Any suggestions?

Yes, of course, Company of Heroes! If you have not played this than you have been missing out. You can probably get it for 5 bucks on Steam. Plus, Company of Heroes 2 is coming out this year.

Hi. Matt. Have you thought about Star Craft I or II? I've also played all of C&C- I still chuckle when I think about the ending to "Yuri's Revenge". All the best, JT

Thinking I'll go with Command and Conquer. I have really enjoyed these.

Seriously, go with Company of Heroes. It is a WW2 RTS that is just terrific, and really cheap now since it is an older game.

Really don't go for Command and Conquer 4 Tiberium Twilight it is terrible compared to its predecessors!

Try Supreme Commander 2 or again Company of Heroes or any other C and C

Warhammer dawn of war with its expansions is good too

Heard poor reviews, concerning Warhammer. But, I always wanted to play it. In the years, immediately preceding my return to military models, I collected Warhammer figures.

This is the computer game version I was talking about, its based on the Company of Heroes engine and has similar gameplay mechanics.

Its on Steam

I should have said its 40k not normal Warhammer too.

Would you recommend any of the expansions?

Matt, I'd recommend Warhammer 40K Dawn of War with it's expansions and also Dawn of War II plus Starcraft II.

I like Dark Crusade personally because it has Tau and Necrons which are my favorite factions, both it and Soulstorm are stand alone so they don't need the original game to run.

It really depends on which faction you like best, both these stand alones have 7 and 9 different factions respectively in singleplayer but multiplayer needs all the games.

There are also masses of mods for Dawn of War.
