I am new to online posting but not to model building. My wife recently gave me a Revell 1961 Sea Power Release of the USS Lexington for a gift since my original 30+ year old kit was destroyed in a moving accident. However, she told me that it was not complete and that is how she got a good price ($40 WOW!!). It turns out that the kit is missing a few parts...one each of the propellers (Parts 36R and 37L), the Rear Bridge Gun Director (Part 48A), and the Landing Signal Lights (Parts 58A).
I was extremely happy when she gave me this and I plan to build it OOB with only a few fixes to have a better representation than what my skills allowed me when I was 14-years-old.
If anyone knows where I might be able to acquire the missing parts to complete this kit, or knows of anyone with spares of these parts or parts they are willing to sell, it would be a great help.
