I just got the Eduard Panther zimmerit PE set and was wondering what would be the best glue for applying large pieces of PE. Something that would allow a few seconds for positioning the parts would be nice. Maybe a slow curing CA? Any comments or advice on working with this kit would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you don't trust your handy CA, go with a thin coat of two part epoxy.

A two part epoxy will give you positioning time.

Just make sure the parts are thoroughly degreased, and give the mating surfaces a scuff on an abrasive to improve the 'key'.

If you mix the epoxy over a heat source, I use a light bulb, it will thin considerably and be easier to spread on the model. Caution! Heating also accelerates the cure time so using five minute epoxy will require you to do small batches at a time or it will go ff before its on!
