Started to read all the articles on this site to find anything on normal cars on a 1/35 scale... but the site is just too big... #:-)
So I'm just being unpolite (is that good english?!) and ask it this way.... does anyone know if there are models of cars on a 1/35 scale (U.S. if possible), I need one to crash and burn it with my M1A1 on my diorama idea...
thanks in advance!

Italeri Has a WWII V/W beetle in 1:35th. If you are going to crash and burn it I think it would pass as modern.

I think with a little work, you could make a kubelwagen into a VW Thing. Same body, just needs a civilian paint job and civilian tires. Good luck.

Ahhhh...one of my favorite topics!

There are virtually no 1/35 modern vehicles. There is a Vacuform 1/35 VW Golf kit. I will dig out the website and post it soon.

There are a few 1/32 vehicles...Revell makes a 1/32 Chevy Malibu (I think) and Fire truck kit. Ertl makes Ford F150 and Chevy "Monster Truck" kits. They can provide the basics for a modern vehicle. Someone makes a Semi rig kit as well...

All in all, with the combat seen in the world today It seems that someone would producce a few vehicles of this type!!!!!

Try looking at the slot car racers.....they have them in 1/32nd scale....I have a few 1940's vehicles for WWII dioramas.....but they might also have modern ones for you to use as well....not all are race cars....they are just ordinary cars.

Hi
Don't forget the japanese 1/32 cars, trucks and buses that can be found on some Japanese websites, like HLJ or RainbowTen. Many cars of the 60s, 70s and even 80s, made by Arii or Aoshima. Most of them are quite cheap . I have bought (among others) one quite detailed 1989 Toyota Celsior (=Lexus) for about $6...There are a lot of Japanese cars in Iraq
