Hi Paul - Nicely done, especially on such a small scale.
If you can stand a comment from one whose not too familiar with the subject matter, except the movie versions, let me say that personally, the doors don't seem "right". You mentioned they came off of a house, and that's exactly what they look like. The lack of a window and the heavy hinges just doesn't give me the feel of a carriage door. I would expect something like a half door and curtains, or a full one with the upper half possibly using the same lattice pattern material that's in the windows.
If you do keep the doors you already have mounted, then a latch, or handle, would be a nice touch.
