Can't change personal photo

Hi,

I can't change my personal photo for avatar, I decided to change my old one and uploaded a new 150x150 pixel photo today, deleted the old one but the new one simply doesn't work (it is the only photo in my kitmaker photos).

I spent my last two hours to solve this, then I gave up please help.

You have to select it as your avatar in your gallery and under your settings.

I did that, even I deleted and uploaded again but no chance

All I can see is "no image symbol"

I think there is a problem about kitmaker gallery photos.

I changed my photo, uploaded different 150x150 pixels image but same again.

Maybe someone from the staff will help about this.

Ok I see it thanks. It looks like your image is twice the allowed size. Try this

It isn't work, and it becomes really annoying.

My profile photo is 150x150 pixels before and it was very well working. This one is simply don't work, both profile photo and custom avatar, I tried with the photo I used before.

I don't even understand how we choose our photo in the kitmaker gallery...

I have only one image in my kitmaker gallery photos, it is 75x75 pixels and 4 kb, it can be seen in my profile page but it can't as my avatar.

My apologies... this is a carry-over problem with switching servers. I should be able to fix this shortly.

Okay I have fixed the main issues. However there is still a bit of a bad design issue that I didn't realize until now. When you upload a NEW avatar into the gallery and come back to your update profile page, you will see the new image there, however if you don't go down to the bottom of the page and click 'save changes' it won't reset the image in your profile to the new image you have uploaded. Do that and it will work fine.

I am going to be completely redoing this avatar system soon so that will address this.
