Hey i just painted my spifire mk2 with modelmaster paints but the dark green has come out with a satin finish and doesnt match the matt finish of the other painnts. Which varnishes do you use?
And also is there anyway to order spare parts from academy i need the whole right side fuselage of their a 10 warthog

One of the best flat varnishes is the one sold by xtracolor, that gives a lovely flat coat without all the milky effect that you often get with flat coats.

I use MM flat clear. I've never had it turn "milky" on me and have used it straight from the bottle. Another option that I have no experience with is to decant some matte from spray cans. I have decanted paint from spray cans of other colors with great success. I'm just not sure if it will turn milky on you.

Been using Model Master Dullcoat since it came out a million years ago. It's lacquer based so use in a well ventilated area.
