As for the address, I don't know about it...I just got these images from "Google's Image Search". But no doubting it, iI think he's some kind of Nazi Collaborator....

The URL of the site can be had if you know how, right click on the image -- click properties then voila, you can get to the root directotry and it's just a matter of seeing which of the *.html files is the "index" or main template..or basta! haha! here's the address:
