just thought id show this old airfix kit i built and painted for a private commision , all out the box but i did replace all the staps with tin foil . thanks for looking .

Great work Ian! Never dabbled in that area of modelling, so I can't speak from experience but I'd be proud to have that one on my shelf.

I remember building a few of these many many moons ago,I never had the foil to replace the plastic card straps!!!

yes those plastic things in the kit for straps are horrible .. this marks the only use for pot noodles . yes the lids , a great source of foil and all i have to do is get our lass to eat the [auto-censored]e in the pot ,lol
