I know that you folks are working hard to get the new server squared away, and I must say that overall it is a big improvment over the old server.
I find it very frustrating that others can put pics into their gallery and post to threads and I still can't.
I have tried everything I know to fix this problem.
It has been almost a week, and I have waited for the problem to be fixed.
Please let me know if the problem is on my end,or if you are still working on it.Thank You Jeff Tucker

James... Thanks for the info,I shall continue to wait.
Gary... That is good to know, but I am old and set in my ways, and I would like the process to work the way it used to Jeff T.

Jeff, if you can't upload pics to our gallery but want to publish something on the forums you can always use some free image storage hosts, like for example Photobucket, Imageshack, Picassa ( my favourite is Photobucket). This way you can bypass Kitmaker gallery until the problem will be definitelly solved.

Mike... Thank you for the info.I have thought about doing that, but the system I have to do it WAS easy and fast .If I start moving pic's to different places,I am sure an oldie like me will forget where they are,and then I'll be really p***ssed Jeff T.

Hi guys,
Yes I am well aware of this issue and have tried several times now to rectify it. As I am going to have to move the gallery to the new server in the next two days I won't be doing anything further to get it functional on the old server (it's on a new account which is what caused the malfunction I assume).
Hold tight.
Thanks,
Jim

Oh OK, that explains everything.
I've only just got the hang of posting pics and I thought that I was missing a step

Well I have moved the gallery to the new server, however the same stupid 'mogrify' issue is still with us (even after installing ImageMagik on the new server). I will keep looking for a fix for this but my time is a bit limited as I am about 2500 miles from home helping my mom move into her new house in NH.
I will keep everyone updated as best I can.
Thanks for you patience.

Jeff, while Jim and staff are working hard at making this an already awesome modeling website ... give photobucket a try!
You will learn that yes it's a bit different, but I use it ALL the time and it is just as fast as what you are used to. Plus, this gives you a back-up system just in case it occurs again ... or there's a solar flare.
So, while you're sitting on the sidelines waiting, give it a try. Learning is endless and beneficial too.
You CAN teach an old dawg new tricks ... I did it!

Hey, if you need help just ask me. We can chat off-line if you like.
Maybe in return you can help me with my AB issues as I know I will have plenty. I am setting out today to build the booth. (FINALLY)
