hi all,

i have a rare vacuform part that i would like to make a copy of because i'll never get hold of another, just in case something goes wrong.

is it possible to make a mold of a vacuform part without the mold material sticking to the vac?

cheers paul

You'd want a release agent. Cooking oil works well; it goes on in a thin layer, covers well and washes off with regular dish soap. You could try a spray like Pam or equivalent if you like.
