How to get AFV Club replacement parts?

Hi all,

I'm looking to get some parts I need to finish an AFV Club artillery piece. I've sent a request through AFV Club Web site's 'Contact Us' link but I haven't received a reply. Is there anyone out there who has been successful with getting replacement parts from AFV?

If it's of any help, I need the two gun cradle halves and part A-20 (end cap) for the LeFH18M Hawitzer kit (or from the regular LeFH18).
