The publisher does as much as possible to prevent this occuring however I will bring this to the publishers attention as he may be able to do something else.

Preventable? I don't think so. This is not some kind of automated bot creating accounts and spamming our private mail. These are people creating accounts, verifying email accounts and then manually PMing people via our system.

What we can do is ban/kill the accounts and any messages they create by being informed by members of their activity. Which you have done. Thank you very much for that.
