Hi Amin, the Revell Aluminium and steel work very well over a black base. You do need to thin them down a bit, for which normal tap water has worked so far for me. I've not used any of Revell's other metallic colours but they should work just the same.

hello,
i now have about 10 of their acrylic range and have sprayed their RAF green onto a typhoon and the reult is excellent,a little thining with their acrylic diluent for airbrushing and distilled water for handbrushing and the results are excellent.Brass is the only metal one i have which i use for buckles and its very good.I will give it a go with their aluminium on a P47.thanks opinion.
