I just bought the German Sd.Kfz.7 Mittlere Zugkraftwagen 8t early version and I noticed that no crew or drivers in the kit
Are there after market crew so I can depict them sitting down

Yes, Dragon make a set, number 6671, which contains 10 figures, one of whom is the driver. While this is specifically designed for their Sdkfz 7, the figures should fit the Trumpeter one. You might also like to look at Miniart number 35040, which is a set of five artillery crew riders.
