Getting back heavily into armor in the past few years...built my first kit back around '72 (a Tamiya Jagdpanther), and have been sporadically doing AFVs ever since, specializing in German stuff. The reason is mainly the VAST theatres and schemes available...really endless. Love panzergrau, Beutepanzers, ambush schemes and late-war variants. Will post a few pics as I get the photo situation figured out here. Lots has changed since my heyday 30 years ago. An exploding aftermarket, and MUCH new research re: schemes, authenticity, and so forth. And the prices...holy cats, the quality is way up but so are the prices! Anyway, good to be here...
