Looking for interest in starting a military modeling group in Snohomish county, WA (Arlington, Marysville, Everett, Lynwood, Lake Stevens and surrounding areas). Focus will be any military subjects. Local IPMS chapters are a good distance from my location. Will coordinate a central meeting location like local hobby shops(Galaxy Hobbies, Hobbytown USA, etc) if an interest is garnered. Thanks.

Missed it by that much.. I live in Everett, but I'm more of an airplane guy. I don't get to the Seattle IPMS too much, it being Saturday and all, but I do meet regularly with NWSM since it's mostly on my way home.

Anything is better than nothing. Our hobby takes on many forms; ideas are what bond them, I believe. To clarify on my original post, any subject of modeling will be covered. I just want to get a group started that is of convenience in respect to travelling distance from our residence, and most of all fun!!!!

Jerry, Maybe you should rattle cages at Northwest Scale Modelers on Yahoo Groups or Facebook or Seattle IPMS on Facebook. I have no idea who else lives in North King or Snohomish co.

Hello. I'm somewhat new to this website, but ive been building models for the last 15 years or so. I live in Snohomish and would definetly be interested in a model club colder to home, in the Snohomish County area.
