Hi everyone,

Has anybody had any dealings with Tony Shop in Paris? It's just that I ordered a couple of DES kit items which cost 92 euros on my VISA debit card a month ago and I have not received them.

I have emailed them (in French) on 3 occasions to request an update as the status section on my account page is blank and not had the courtesy of a reply.

Have I stumbled upon a bad penny or are any fears that I am now getting totally unjustified?

Love to hear from anyone who has made an online purchase with them.

have you ask by mail before to order if they have in stock that item ?
They do not absolutly have areal good organisation in their online site and if you do not phone or mail to them before ouuuupsss long work to get the delivery ; specialy with an DES item this manufacturerlives in an other planet and works so so so so slowly
do not stop sending request about your order status !!!
What can I confirm is that I prefer not to buy online to them only when they are in meeting( 3 weeks ago for example)
