I've started producing bending mandrels on my lathe. I can make custom mandrels for anybody who wants one. You pay shipping, cost of metal, and minimal labor. PM me if you are interested.

.5 inches to as small as you desire. I will post a photo of one, but can't quote a price as it depends on how large you want it to be.
