Has anybody any suggestions on the leopard II colors?
I'm building the Italeri/Testors in 35 scale in German markings
I was thinking the Nato colors

Hi David,
If you mean the three-colour camo scheme, I use Tamiya's NATO Green (XF-67), Nato Brown (XF-68), and NATO Black (XF-69). These need to be airbrushed because Tamiya acryllics are a nightmare to hand-paint. The wheels and areas under the skirts are usually plain green.
Hope this helps!

Thin them with Tamiya thinner, and use a quality brush, to hand paint.
As an aside, the German army use a standard camouflage scheme for their vehicles, so get some good reference pictures.

For Nato colors, I use from Lifecolor UA142 (green) and UA087 (brown), and from Gunze H77 (black).
I don't use Tamiya OTAN colors because it seems too dark, and black isn't black but a sort of grey.
