Well,

Since I'm engaging my target again, I might as well do the wild thing and put my progress on paper to share it with anyone who's interested.

Question is : How to post articles and pics.... Some Staff-member or senior Officer can probably help me out here...

Eagle,
First let me say if I haven't already... Welcome aboard. Second you are advancing rapidly in the ranks and that's always nice to see. Ok...now for your question. There are several ways to post pictures on the site. If you have the image hosted somewhere (on a web server like yahoo, msn, or your own), you can use plain HTML like this:

Code:

<img src="http://www.sitewheretheimageis.com/images.image.gif">

Ignore the code verbage that's just so that HTML will show up in this post. You can also use the IMG BB code tag. It's hard to show you that as if I type it out it will disappear. You can read the PostBoard FAQ (link at bottom of this page) for more info on BB Code usage in the forum.

Hope that helps. If your images aren't located externally on a web site/server you can try submitting them to the gallery here. We generally put up model images and reference shots but we also do single images of users and images of their work areas too. See the gallery for examples.

Cheers,
Jim

Eagle,
I am in the same boat....er tank... as you. I took a 14 year break and this site has been my re-entry point. I am still trying to find some time to actually model.

Jim, can you create a button for posting pics, like you have for url's, email, etc.?

Sharp question Garand.

I'll second to that.

Maybe "Staff" will help us out one more time again....
