Just a little more than a month to go. Remember this campaign is open to any of Airfix vast range of kits. Figures, armour, aircraft, ships, cars, buildings, space/SF, they're all elligible. Anyone got a copy of the Bluetits they want to build? Now's your chance!

3 weeks to go. There's still time to find yourself an Airfix kit and get ready

I know! I'm still kickin' around building this

instead as the Pup might embarrass me. Dose it qualify as I could not find a date but it looks old, old enough to see some different covers made for it.

"Dose"? What am I? An idiot? The word was supposed to be 'Does'!

Thanks spell-checker! LOL

And thanks for the reply. ~ I'm still undecided.

Well then, your obvious solution is to build both

I think you're right. I'm no magician at finishing these things so they won't take long nor will I re-engineer them like some of the experienced modelers do so, yeah!

BOTH!

I'm still thinking of doing my 2001 Orion Shuttle. It's one of the later boxings. I think it was first released at the time of the film and then modified as a snap-tite in the early 80's. Hope it still qualifies.

Yes, re-issues are elligible. It doesn't matter what date is on the box, it's the plastic inside that's important.

You can find aftermarket markings for the original Pan Am scheme at Comet Miniatures in the UK. The decal is the 4th down.

Well, it's officially past midnight in the land where Airfix began, so the campaign commences. This should be the last post in this thread, as I'm putting up the Campaign thread. Mods, please lock this.
