On Model Shipwrights this morning and the side banner, with a girl in a metal bikini, said "Click here for a Roman orgy". If SWMBO sees that, I'm going to get banned from this site, not to mention trying to explain that one to the boys. Are there controls or limitations on the ads being carried?

If you have an ad blocker just right click the ad and block it. Jim S may be able to help further.

The ads are the same Google Adsense ads that about 80% of other internet sites show. However if you search a term like "Mitsubishi Cars" in Google and come back to Armorama days later you will note that you are seeing ads for Mitsubishi, Hyundai, or Toyota cars. That is just the way Adsense works.
I have gone into the control area though and blocked some categories that were low performing anyways (like Dining and Nightlife - which I assume might have been where a Roman Orgy was hiding... although I really doubt Google would allow it there for long). Hopefully that will save you.
Cheers,
Jim
