Getting Error Message When Adding Photos

When I try to add photos to albums in my Kit Maker gallery, I get the following message:

"The category you chose for this photo can't contain photos."

Can anyone provide assistance/insight?

Brent,you have to be in the "My Photos" section to download pics.When you log in click on"My Photos" in the upper left hand corner,When that comes up click "download photos" in the upper right.You should be good.Jeff

I appreciate the attempt to help. I was following correct steps (I have 1200 photos in my gallery) but it just isn't working.

I figured it out.....My raw .jpg file size was too large. The pictures uploaded fine after I resized them.
