That is a Dodge M37 3/4 ton truck. It was made in the early to mid '50s and used into the Vietnam war.

I can't trace a 1/35 kit of the M37. The only 1/35 Dodge models I know of are the various WC series trucks made by Italeri and Skybow with different body styles, so I don't know if you could convert any of them?

You are correct, there is no model of the M37. You would need to convert a WWII Dodge WC 52 into it. To do this, you would have to scratch the rear wall on the cab and the rear bed. I have seen it done before and it can look nice.
