Good to see you back in action Terry. Your Scimitar upgrade looks really good... hope there will be more updates soon.

Very nice looking conversion. Well done...perhaps a Scimitar Mk.2 in the works as well?

Wow nice work Terry! I gota get my hands on this, expect an order every soon.
For anyone else looking at this who hasn't dealt with Cast-Off before, I can say their products are first class as is their service.

Terry,
Very nice. Amazing you were able to cast the mesh panels.
Does it ride any lower than a standard Scimitar?

Thanks, I found a way of backing the etch to get it out of the mould easier.
The idlers and sprockets were strengthened but the reduction in ride hight is negligable, the bar armour would make a diference though, I will have to check my ref. photos to see how much.
Terry.

Terry,
After looking at the photos of the conversion a bit more, I decided to go ahead and order one - looking forward to getting it.
Now, does anyone have proper reference photos around, or can someone point me in the right direction? I've found some online, but I'm still working on it...
Cheers,
Olaf
