how to move a thread to another cforum?

I know it can be done because I've seen it on other sites. Maybe the moderator or owner has to do it but it can be done. I accidentally posted my 1/35 Dora build on the ARMOR/AFV level but wanted it on the AXIS-WWII sublevel. If I can do it and anyone knows how I can move my thread please let me know. I don't really want to start a new one under AXIS-WWII but I think that's where it should be.
