This being the time of year to think about these things I don't think I could do any better than to adopt Woody Guthrie's resolutions for 1942:

Same here. Other than singin' and dancin', that's pretty much my shedule.
I guess you could add "Exercise a little every day," which dozens of new people at my gym will do. On 2 January they'll be sitting at every station "resting" between sets, or standing around chatting or fiddling with their Ipods.
Unfotunately by February they'll have given up.

I think that in 1942 when Woody wrote this list you would have to work very hard at being unfit due to lack of personal transport, High calorie takeaway food etc, which is porobably why it's not on the list.

Like you though I have added it to my list. though I'll limit it to walking in the park
