Hi,

my dad will be in Wilmington, North Carolina in a few weeks, he's a seaman.
He asked me to look in the web and find if there is some hobby shop there in town, so he could buy me something. I'm looking for plastic models and tools.

I'm getting bed results, can you help me, I'm relying the most in the people that are from USA, NC in particulary.

Thanks

Sadly I fear he will be disappointed in Model Hobby shops in Wilmington, NC. To my knowledge they have all disappeared. One good note for him, he can visit the Battleship USS North Carolina BB-55 in Wilmington, NC. It's open everyday to the public and is located near the City Port. That should make up for any lack of model shops. Now they do have a few scale models inside the Battleship Giftshop, but i was basically unimpressed with those.

Regards
Steve

thanks for the tip. He is there only a few hours, and must be in the ship during that time, they usually send a young guy that knows the language to go buy thing that the crew needs, but he's not into modeling, I'm am. But thanks for the advice. Bye
