Orange folders not showing since new site

Since the new/fixed site has come back up, the Orange Folder for a new topic or post is not working for me. I have to go back and look at the times to see when a new post was added after the last time I visited. Is anyone else having this issue?

Gino, the site is experiencing some glitches and is still not 100% functional. You can report any problems you find here: link.
