Im new to the contest scene and am curious about entering a model into multiple shows. My stryker build won a small ipms show for wheeled armor, is it considered "against the rules" to enter it into a seperate unrelated contest? I know that it is not eligible for that specific show next year, but dont want to make anyone upset by bringing it to a different one.

Thanks in advance
Jordan

Hello Jordan, You certainly can enter a model in more than one contest. A model can also be entered more than once in the same contest, that is if it didn't win an award when previously entered. Most modellers don't do it, but it is allowed. A model can also be entered more than once by being included in a "Collections" category, which usually consists of 4 or 5 (or more) models of the same type (E.G. Sherman tanks) or a common theme (E.G. British Light Tanks). Some contests have an "Iron Man" category in which a modeller submits three entries from different categories (E.G. a ship, a tank, & an aircraft) which are judged collectively. A model that has won an award individually can be entered in either of those two categories. Al
