Okay everyone, I have a major problem.

I forgot to clean my airbrush after the last go, about a month ago and you can imagine the rest.

I have cleaned all of the channels (even the pressure channel from the valve to the tip), soaked the tip and everything from the end. I get no spray, even without a needle. Everything is clean on this baby, but she still won't spray. Any ideas?

Commiserations.

Several options, find out who the guarantor importer/dealer is for Iwata USA is & send it them.
The guarantee covers undue wear/defects, but not err, self-damage. They will charge for work & parts.

Strip it down to nothing, every bit. put it in a large enough container.
Consider a Ultrasonic Bath cleaner. thinners as below.

What were you spraying?
Enamels: Get some same brand thinner & soak for 24 hours.
consider Cellulose thinners but don't soak for longer than 1 hour, as it is aggressive.

Acrylics: get some Vallejo Airbrush cleaner & soak the parts in the cleaner for at least 24 hours

There are several brands of cleaners with names like liquid reamer, which may help but read the instructions!

I have some a/b reamers & thin interdental-type brushes from The Airbrush Company (bottom of page)
or Airbrushes.com

Google you-tube for HP-CS assembly video to make sure you put it back correctly, & dis-assemble it come to that.!

Good luck.

I pulled it all apart last night, and took the seals off as well but I did not let it soak for longer than 5. I will do this again and report back. Thanks!

Reporting back in....I stripped it down and sunk it in some lacquer thinner.

I did not have a US cleaner, so I taped the jar to my aquarium air pump...I call it "Redneck Ultrasonic" after about 6 hours or so...I pulled it out and reassembled...lubed the air assembly with a drop of WD40 and let it rip. It still wasn't spraying good...but it was spraying. I noticed the cup was still bubbling slightly, so I loaded it up with pure thinner and just sprayed it out in a pulsing fashion at 50psi. Seems good now.

Thanks for the help, looks like a new cap is in my future.

My CS came with the 0.35 set, which err, sustained battle damage
You will have to match the needle, cap & nozzle. different for .35 & .5

I replaced my 0.35 headset with the 0.5 headset as below & therefore needed all 3
IWS-6021 Nozzle cap BCS/ SA
IWS-6041 Fluid Nozzle 0.5mm Eclipse BCS/ SA
IWS-6171 Fluid Needle 0.5mm Eclipse BCS/ SA

I find the 0.5 set better matches my cak-handedness & spraying 99% acrylics
