I hate the ad for LiveResin. Way too distracting, annoying and ineffectual...for me at least. I wont even bother looking over their products, even if they are the best in the world.

Well this web site has to be paid for one way or another. It's either advertising or subscription.

Dry your eyes princess.
at least you are taking notice of them. you may not buy any of their stuff, but people will read this thread, check out the ad, have a look ath their site, and probably buy stuff.

Somewhat ironically, it actually appears that they probably DO have the best products of this type 'in the world'.
You're over-reacting...

Well... personally I don't think animated ads that loop and recycle over and over are too kind on the reader either. I encourage advertisers to NOT have their animated (or in this case Flash) ads loop and repeat. However the ads DO work. The first full day the ad in question was up it recorded 271 clicks.
Since each successive page load the ads repeat their animation I think that would be sufficient to gain someones attention and not their ire. But this has been a tough policy/recommendation to get some of them onboard doing. And sadly there is no automated way to detect if a file (or Flash) is looping or not.

Perhaps Mike is unaware that sending obscene or harassing PMs is a violation of our terms of use and will likely result in his account being suspended. As I am in transit from Georgia back to Cali I won't be able to fact-check this until I get home. For all our potential younger users reading this. This site is NOT FaceBook or MySpace or anywhere else where civility between users is *not* expected and this type of behavior is more than simply 'discouraged'.

I visited their site just to get hold of some of their heads. Boy was I disappointed! But, ads are ads. Excellent line of weapons. I just wish they did some WWII series.

I went on their website and left a message about my matter of interest. I was surprised, they replied very promptly and showed me a great deal of attention.
I could see they were taking care of me as a customer and were ready to be as flexible to my demands, as to produce a new line of products.
I am looking forward now to purshase 1/350 sailors from them in the near future.
