Does anybody know Dragon Care's average response time to replacement parts in the US?

About a week on both occasions.

Same for me after I provided photographic evidence of the issue.
They provided an entire sprue to replace one 1/72 scale .50 cal HB, but that's probably easier for them.
They also provided a replacement for my warped M1A1 AIM Hull.
All at no cost, of course.
