Here's a good scale drawing, you could print it out an take the dimensions off it.

I am astonished. My 635 page big book of WWII doesn't even mention gliders. Glad the rest of the guys could help.

Fonderie Miniatures make a 1/48th scale Horsa also used by US Troops.
I've seen this & it better than most of their short-run kits but it's UKP£50 / USD$80.00
Sanger Vacforms, do a Horsa & Waco in 1/48th at about UKP£25.00 / USD$40.00,
Also a Hadrian in 1/72nd.
A polish company (GPM or FLY ?) do both the Horsa & Waco in 1/33 PAPER
Italeri do The Horsa & Waco in 1/72nd.
Great North Roads do an eye-wateringly expensive but GOOD 1/35th Horsa.
A Figures Company (??) have announced several gliders & C-47's , etc for several yeas, but just the announcement, no CAD or pics though.
Good luck.

I just "googled" Waco Scale drawing blueprint and that was one of the links.
If you need a hand I can fairly easily redraw the plan in AutoCAD at what ever finished scale you are chasing.
You can then either print it out (I'll make a PDF) and use it as a template or I can whack some dimensions on it.
Here is the GPM site that has the paper plans. http://www.gpm.pl/
I also saw this plan "shared" on a file sharing site. I don't know about you but I don't like to rip off our suppliers, doesn't bode well for the future of the Hobby.
I see the Great North Roads site only has the TAIL section of the Horsa, for 40 quid !

It might not be listed... According to a well-known Japanese sales website it is available as a whole kit & I am SURE seen it on his Great North Roads Stand at several shows, I'll make enquiries....
