Yes, you read it write. Never again will I buy anything from these losers. First they say put in your credit card number and we will let you confirm the order after you find out how much postage is. They went straight to the Thank you for your order screen. I have tried to email them using three different email addresses and all of them have some back undeliverable.
Don't use them, they are useless.

I have used Squadron Models since the 70's and have never had major problem Once an Item was missing from my order, I E-mailed them and had an answer the next day. They refunded my money and a few days later they sent me the item at no charge. Postage is a big issue going to Australia. I ordered an item from a shop there and the postage was more than the item. That is my two cents worth.

Same here. Actually they seem to have gotten better in the online paperwork area. No probs. And the shipping is fair too. That's my 1.5 cents worth. I think a phone call can clear it all up.

Sorry. but toll-free phone calls are not toll free from Australia. I have been ordering online for a long time now and the problem ISN'T at this end. If a site says you will get the chance to review the order, with postage costs, then doesn't do that then that is just wrong.
Then there is Roll models.. I ordered two SPAD XIII kits from them , they got here and one of them is missing the instructions. I emailed them and they said go to the manufacturer!! They sent the kit without instructions that I paid full price for. Bah.. never again.

If you got two of the same kit, why would you need the instructions for the other kit(maybe I misread your statement)?
I have used squadron for decades and I have had nothing but good things to say about them.
If I have had a problem they fixed it with no questions asked.

Then next time try the international number 1-972-242-8663. Like others, I've used them several times and never had a problem. Sounds like operator error to me.
