We've had to make some major changes to the website and the way you buy from the website.
The problems stem from the fact that paypal don't have the facility to let us charge for the postage by size/weight, like the Royal Mail and other carriers do. We tried to do the postage by order value, using 'Add to Cart' buttons to make multiple purchases easier. The 'Add to Cart' buttons worked fine but we had situations where we had a kit that was big and heavy (like the Valiant), which cost a lot more than the website allowed for. Also if you bought several accessories, such as mask and etch, you could end up being charged a lot more for postage than it would actually cost. In addition, we had to inflate the cost of the cheaper kits, as the lowest post band was intended more people who bought individual accessories.
In short what I'm trying to say, is that the 'Add to Cart' with postage by order value could not cope with the different eventualities of purchases.
So we have gone back to using 'Buy Now' buttons. What this means is we can now advertise our actual selling price of each item seperate from the postage costs. So the prices will not be inflated or deflated to compensate for postage costs. This means it's far easier for us to set prices and it's far easier for customers to compare actual costs of items.
As a result of this our postage policy has changed. We are doing the same as we do in our Ebay shop, which is to charge the actual cost of the postage, plus a few pennies towards packing costs. The postage cost for each individual product is displayed on the 'Buy now' button, so it's easy and clear to see the post on single items. For multiple purchases we will work out the postage based on the combined size and weight of the items bought. This is the fairest and simplest way we can think of doing things. It means you can see the cost of everything you buy and we base the postage on the actual postage cost - that way you don't get ripped off and we don't lose money when we post things.
The 'Buy Now' means it's only possible to automatically buy one thing at a time. So to make multiple purchases easier, we have changed the order form. If you want to buy more than one item, you can fill in the order form and we will work out the postage and invoice you for all the items plus post. You can also email us with your requests and we can invoice you as well. As we run the business from home, you will find we still answer queries and deal with things in the evenings and weekends, so most of the time you will get a fairly prompt response. Our Ebay shop remains unaffected by the changes.

I know it's a long winded message but I hope things are clear. If there are any queries about this, please message me or reply to this post.
