I consider myself to be an intermediate to advanced modeller, and don't use 3/4 of the stuff you have listed. I even started to write out a list and realized that it would be a page long. Buy the tools as you need them. Be resourceful and create your own tools. Recycle everything and let no bits and pieces of scrap escape your spare's box.
