Hey guys, I cant seem to find the article on how to make rust using a steel scratcher and water to make real rust powder....I dont know if it was this site another site but if any of you could tell me were it is that would be great.

I posted a thread on this, but mine is slightly differant:

. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of a coffee can, then drop in the steel wool. Let it sit for a couple of days till the water evaporates.
Someone added the suggestion to substitute vinegar for the water, but I haven't tried that
yet.
