I made a purchase from Scalehobbyist.com the other day. I live in MA, so they are relatively close to me in NH. I had done business with them once before and was pleased with their prices and shipping.

Two days ago I recieved my order. It came well packaged in a sturdy box and was on time just like I had experienced previously. HOWEVER, this time, one of the items was missing. I checked my packing slip and my order and confirmed that the item had been billed and listed as shipped. I was somewhat disapointed as this was a brand new M-1151 from Academy and I was anxious to have both of them. I sent an email through their website, and had a reply and an apology within a couple hours, and a promise that they would ship immediately. I recieved the item today. I just wanted to suggest that anyone interested give them a try. I was very pleased with how easy they made it to get the item that was missing, and how pleased I was that they were as quick as they were in getting it out.

I have a HIGHER praise than that for New World Minatures!!!!
We are all human and from time to time we make mistakes!!!
I received a set of figs that were bad and somehow got through quality control.I contact Chris directly and he resent me a set of figs AND some extra German heads in winter dress which I inquired about!!!
Thats what I call customer service and customer care!!!
Be assured that they will have MORE of my business in the future!!!
Thank You Chris Mrosko and New World Miniatures!!

Scalehobbist.com has been my main supplier since I came back to the hobby. On 2occasions they shipped me the wrong color paint, errors happen, both times I made contact through their e mail system an received a very quick reply, with the correct color being shipped right out to me and old to keep what I had received. They are a great company to deal with and I love the easy of which they have their website set up. I highly recommend them

They are a great place to do buisness with. I had placed an order with them and was notified of the total cost, and I scaled down my order and sent the payment to them. I recieved my order and a notice that my payment for shipping was to be the same. They sent it to me still short a few buck anyway. Needless to say I sent off another payment A.S.A.P. to cover the shipping. I was so pleased with their service that when my W.C. money arrives, they will get as much of it as I am allowed to spend. Besides, they have a real good selection and the prices are in the ball park. VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUISNESS WITH. Besides, I'm a yankee missplaced to the midwest for awhile.

I use their sortable listings a lot, to see what the industry has-- it's a great! Their prices look really good, but I haven't bought from them yet. I will soon!

Yes, scalehobbyist.com is one of the best places to do business with. I use them and Sprue Bros. and have never had a problem with scalehobbyist. His prices, as a rule are lower than any other place I've done business with.

For what its worth I would also put in a plug for ScaleHobbist. (living about an hour away doesn't hurt the mail times) I've found him very fast and VERY well priced, a huge selection and all in a well laid out web site.
Might not find EVERYTHING there but will find it quick enough.

Keep up the good work.

I've bought a lot of models from Scalehobbyist too, they're excellent, and their search function is very easy to use. I believe they have the best prices of any online seller, on most items.

I now almost exclusively buy from scalehobbyist.com.

Their search engine is second to none. Their prices are low and their service is super excellent.

Recently, I bought lots of items from them. When I received the package, a Micro-Sol was missing and instead they included a Testor liquid cement. I emailed them and they replied in a minute. They told me to keep the cement and immediately shipped the Micro Sol.

Ditto on the positive experiences that I have had with Scale Hobbyists………..
I put in a fairly large shipment and UPS simply dropped the ball on getting it to me; setting back a build by over 2 weeks…………
I emailed ScaleHobbyist requesting all future orders be sent USPS……they bent over backwards trying to rectify the UPS shipment and get it to me ASAP……..didn’t work, but at least they tried……….
The email exchanges between myself and their representative were practically a chat, they were getting back to me so quickly……...
Prices are great, especially Vallejo paints………..
They are my initial go to vendor for my stuff………

I've had more than than a few sales from Scalehobbyist. My only complaint with them is they're sort of slow to ship, sometimes up to three days before the order is even in the mail!

Like Chrisk-K said, amazing search engine as well; I love the layout of the site. Very clean and easy to navigate.

Boxes are well packed with those large air-packs and brown sheet paper and some of the best prices I've seen, or at the very least equal with other sites.
