How do you purchase additional sprues from Dragon Care? All I ever get from them is information on getting replacement for damaged sprues or missing sprues.

I asked once and they aren't too willing to do so because it eliminates a kit from distribution. They may do so if they had to provide parts from that kit and had the sprue sitting extra, but it is not too likely.

DragonCare is very good (at least in my experience) at replacing stuff missing from newly-opened kits, and they have gone to some length to help me find, for example a missing set of the narrow early Pz IV Magic Tracks, which only come in a small number of kits, and they cheerfully ponied-up wheel bits missing from the new PnzerBefehlsWgn IB kit, etc. But they are mostly way cold to selling any sprues othewise. I've tried and to no avail...

My suggestion is to float a "Help" plea in these forums and on other modeling sites and maybe someone can help with parts?
