this maybe not a rant i hope it will not turn into it....

i've been ordered from them a number of time with no problem... mainly i ordered vallejo stuff coz of the free worldwide shipping...

so the problem arise with my last order in 27 May 2011. Since that my status is read as processing for more than a week.. Well after 8 days, i emailed them and got a reply 2 days later saying that they're too busy and some of the item in my orders is out of stock and promised it will be settle in a couple of days.

I replied telling them ok i will wait. I even give them good gesture and understand their problem. I never get any reply then.

9 days ago, i checked the status page and it was listed as PACKING. and the status remain as packing since just now. I dont know how long will it take to pack my stuff as my previous order the packing status will stay for less than a day or two.

so have anyone order from them recently?? If your order completed within days ??

I dont want to tell bad about this store since mt previous dealing with them was superb!
