Capelli's is the only one I know about in Philadelphia. I used to go there regularly while attending college in Philadelphia in the 90s. He keeps some aftermarket stuff behind the counter and there are a lot of Verlinden and Belgo items in drawers. Be sure to ask, there are lots of hidden items.

My last trip to Capelli's was over a year ago and I didn't see any pigments/weathering supplies. AAA had some stuff from MIG.
