Has anyone here tried it? Is it really low-tack like it says on the package? Just wondering, because it's pretty cheap here (around $1.60 for 2 rolls) but I'm not sure if I should get it.

I use it and love it. If using it for masking you still need to clean the model good and lay down a good base coat and let it dry thoroughly because sometimes it can pull up paint if the base coat isn't good. Workds great for canopys too.

I use it quite frequently. You have to let your paint cure well because it can sometimes have too much tack and take off the paint. I use it mostly when making bases and such to mask off the edge.I've never tried it on canopies, but I just might...

It s a great material if use it with carefulness so not to chip the paint . but has many uses anyway
