Hi,
I have a pretty unique problem. Armorama does not open on my Windows 7 64 bit laptop. Gives a Forbidden 404 error message however, it opens fine on my office laptop which is running on XP pro. Am not sure where to go for a solution hence, starting from here. Any help will be appreciated.

Regards,
Sudeep

Hi Sudeep,
If you let me know what your IP address is from home I can probably answer this with 100% certainty. We recently blocked a wide range of Indian IP addresses because they have been spamming us with SEO emails for over a year.

Once I know your IP I can probably set up an exception.

Best wishes,
Jim

Works fine for me also. As does W7 with Firefox 4.

Sudeep's problem seems to be ISP-based. And it's connected (I believe) to a problem we have with our host record for our server. Which in turn is because we have a firewall. I made a change to our host record last night that may (slight chance) fix the issue. I am hoping not a ton of people are having this issue and just not reporting the problem.

We have a site backup service running for ModelGeek and that site he can reach (because the domain name info is using their server as the primary host).

Thanks,
Jim
