Looking for some help folks -- am in need of several HUMVEE windshileds. Does not matter what kit they come from - just as long as they are not broken. I am willing to pay a fair price for them if need be. So, if anyone has an HUMVEE parts kit or old trashed kit they no longer need, I would appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Sean

I have several HMMWV windshields. Contact me and we can work out the details. Be patient if it takes me a day or two to get back with you. My military schedule has been pretty crazy lately.
Thanks,

You got it - trying to get enough to use on an M1134 and an M1114. Can you advise if these use "normal" windshields or thicker "ballistic" windshields? I only have a few pictures of these mounted, so I hope I can do them correctly.

I saw the ballistic ones used on the upper portion of the turret on a Cougar MRAP. I had some junk ones from an old Italeri kit that did not work. I think you're better off shapong thin plexiglass and simulating the edge with paint.

Robert, can you explain further -- how come the kit windshields did not work?? Was the shape wrong or something else wrong with them?
