One of my weak points seems to be my photos. so I thought i'd revisit my last build and try some more photos..
I use a polaroid 12 megapixal camera with macro, a tripod and using a timer. no flash.
here is one of my original sets. of a 1/72 scale tiger.....
photo taken close up with the background close to the model.. resized and taken with multible light sources indoors.

here is the first of the test photos taken at a distance of 3 to 4 feet, outside in daylight, with the model a lot farther from the background aprox 1 1/2 feet. zoomed in partway using the macro and timer on the tripod
photo was cropped and resized to 60%

below is the same photo using the photo enhancer....

I think the one using the photo enhancement shows the model colors most accurately and the first one taken inside with multiple daylight (ott light) lighting just looks like the colors are washed out.. I don't know why...
here is another photo I took outside also
cropped the photo, but no resizing done photo taken about 2 feet away...
do most people shoot outside?
